Step 6: STAR Foundation
Washington Union Educational Foundation (WUEF) and the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) have merged to form one meaningful non-profit: The WUSD Student & Teacher Academic Resource (STAR) Foundation. The STAR Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose purpose is to raise the necessary funds to support everything WUSD - students, teachers and academics!
